Jamy grew up in Western Colorado and has a diverse background in construction. He earned a BS in Construction Management at the University of New Mexico. Jamy has experience in Civil, Environmental, Commercial, and Residential construction that spans from coast to coast. Jamy’s key strength is his ability to work closely with the architect and owner to understand the vision for the project and then works tirelessly to ensure that it is realized.

The joy Jamy finds in his work stems from cultivating a rare company culture, spread not only to his employees but extended to his partners and clients. He whole-heartedly believes in creating an environment that challenges his employees, while encouraging them to thrive and grow as they better themselves both personally and professionally.

To Jamy, the thrill comes from seeing the benefits of that growth that trickles down and positively affects PRG’s partners and clients. It’s the reason he gets so fired up about new partnerships and opportunities—he is invested in the company he’s helped to create and the true quality and value he knows they’ll deliver every time, no matter what.

Jamy’s confidence in PRG is backed by his lengthy and diverse background. He brings nearly three decades of experience to PRG, ranging the gamut from heavy civil to residential construction and everything in between.

When he’s not out in the field, Jamy can be found watching his sons compete in high school and college rodeo, snowmobiling, surfing, or, when the weather permits, getting lost on his Harley.
